Our 2016 Market Report documented ongoing growth in New Zealand organics. The New Zealand organic sector reached a total estimated value of $457-$467 million in 2015. Much of this increase in value came from growth in domestic organic food sales. New Zealand supermarkets contributed to this trend significantly, increasing their organic sales by 127% between 2012 and 2015.
