For those who haven't been to our AGMs - the official business is short and sweet, and this is really a chance to hear what OWNZ has been up to and is planning, raise any issues that you want to have heard, and connect with fellow members.

Following the AGM there will be a tour of the BRI winery for anyone who is interested, as well as time to catch up with each other while tasting members' 2020 certified organic wines. If you are willing to bring a bottle or two, please contact our new admin & events assistant Naomi Galvin on naomi@organicwinenz.com.

There will not be a contested election this year as we have the same number of candidates as there are positions.

Five positions on the executive committee open up for election each year. We have 5 candidates standing: Clive Dougall, James Millton, Nick Paulin, Mandy Weaver, Jared White.

Candidates for regional representative are as follows, in south-to-north order: Central Otago - Lucie Lawrence. Canterbury - Mike Saunders. Marlborough - Lara Campbell & Maddy Isaacs (shared role). Nelson - Nick Candy. Wairarapa - Rowan Hoskins. Hawke's Bay - Amy Farnsworth. We are still in need of a rep for the Auckland region.
