This webinar will provide research updates from a USDA NIFA Organic Transition grant-funded project that focuses manure and pasture management strategies to reduce swine parasites in organic pastured pork production. The webinar will be hosted by project leaders from the University of Minnesota, Kutztown University, and Rodale Institute. Research updates will include composting to destroy parasites in manure and biofumigation to reduce parasites in pastures.
